How Effective Consumer Engagements endear brands:Coca-Cola,GTB…

There are two brands on my mind that aced it when it comes to consumer engagement:

(i) Coca Cola

(ii) Bringing it home to my country Nigeria: Guaranty Trust Bank.(GTB)
